The following disclosure governs the legal basis, regulatory status, and service scope of Rabbit Capital.
The Shark Tank Experience is a founder preparation company. We work with founders to get them fully investor-ready ,decks, docs, positioning, and pitch before they ever enter a room. Founders pay a flat fee for the programme.
Rabbit Capital is an introductory service. We identify and connect qualified founders with relevant parties within our network. Where a third party executes a transaction following a Rabbit Capital introduction, Rabbit Capital receives a referral fee from that third party for the introduction. Rabbit Capital does not participate in, negotiate, or execute any transaction.

Scope of Services
Rabbit Capital OÜ provides strategic business architecture, operational scaling systems, and performance advisory. Our proprietary Genius and RM frameworks are strictly defined as business management consultancy services designed for corporate entities and professional founders.
Regulatory Status & Non-Licensable Activity
Rabbit Capital OÜ is a non-regulated management consultancy.
No Financial Intermediation: We do not operate as a credit institution, investment firm, or payment service provider. We do not receive, hold, or manage client funds, nor do we provide custodial services for digital or fiat assets.
No Investment Advice: Information provided through our strategic audits or introduction conduits does not constitute investment advice, financial planning, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument as defined under the Estonian Securities Market Act.
Exclusion from VASP/CASP: Our activities do not involve the exchange, transfer, or management of virtual assets for third parties and thus do not fall under the scope of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act requirements for a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license.
The RM Strategic Introduction Protocol
The Rabbit Matchmaker (RM) service is a non-discretionary strategic introduction conduit.
All introductions are facilitated on a peer-to-peer basis for the purpose of business development and strategic networking.
RM does not engage in "Money Broking" or "Investment Brokerage."
Participation is strictly limited to Professional Clients and Institutional Partners who possess the necessary expertise and experience to make independent business decisions.
AML/KYC & Ethics Statement
While Rabbit Capital OÜ is not a "covered entity" under the traditional financial regulatory umbrella, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illicit activity.
We conduct internal due diligence on all Genius and RM participants to ensure the integrity of our private network.
Participation is strictly limited to Professional Clients and Institutional Partners who possess the necessary expertise and experience to make independent business decisions.
All consultancy fees and performance-based equity arrangements are documented in accordance with Estonian accounting standards.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All agreements and services provided by Rabbit Capital OÜ are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
